Big Sky Black is a Scottish Breakfast blend, and our strongest breakfast tea. It pushes up to the edge of astringency, without ever crossing over to bitterness. Our Nuxalbari CTC contributes a dusky fruit note, riding in between leathery and smoke-tinged aromatics. If this tea doesn’t wake you up, then I’m not sure what will.
This Scottish Breakfast blend pays tribute to everyone who works their tail off to make ends meet. Most folks who grew up in the Big Sky State (including many of our staff) learn hard work as a matter of course, whether it’s chores on the ranch, long days in the woods, or weary nights waiting tables. We’re proud of our work ethic. But we also don’t mind a strong shot of something tasty as a pick-me-up. That’s where Big Sky Black Scottish Breakfast comes in.
