We use flat rate shipping to send your tea. This means your shipping cost is the same whether you buy one bag of tea or 50 bags of tea. The shipping price will remain the same. We do this to encourage you to purchase more tea at the time of purchase.
If you live in the Missoula area and want to pick up your tea, you have the option to select Local Pickup in your cart. There will be no shipping fee in that instance.
Where We Ship
We ship in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you live outside either of these regions and would like us to ship tea to you.
We do our best to deliver quality in a timely and professional manner. However, we are human. If there is an error with your order, or a defect with teaware, notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will promptly rectify the error.
In addition, if you need to return teaware, we will refund you with a few expectations. Shipping returned teaware is at the customer’s expense. Teaware must be unused, and any packaging must be in good condition. However, we don’t accept returns or refunds on tea. We cannot guarantee you will like the tea, and encourage you to try the smaller quantities before committing to larger amounts.
