Rooibos (ROY-boss) is a caffeine-free herb, often called “red tea” or “bush tea”. After being picked, it oxidizes in the sun. The brewed tea has a deep red liquor and honey notes. Rooibos, like green tea, is one of the most antioxidant rich beverages available.
