English Breakfast is our strong, gently persistent morning-time tea. This premium blend pairs a rich Colombian black with a slightly dry Darjeeling from Nuxalbari Tea Estate. The result is not too brisk, but warm and earthy, with a nice chewy mouthfeel. Savor our English Breakfast on a quiet morning, or set your pace for a long day ahead. A 3-minute steep tastes balanced, with pleasant aromatics, and only a slight hint of astringency. Or, if you prefer your wake-up brew with a bit more bite, try a longer steep.
While our Colombian and Darjeeling teas come from opposite sides of the globe, these farms have several values in common. Both are earnest about the environment, and work toward reforestation on their estates and in their regions. They maintain wildlife corridors on their tea farms, which act as animal sanctuaries. In addition, both farms support education programs for adults and children. Their education and work-standard values improve their communities by elevating everyone. We are proud to carry tea from both of these farms.

I just wanted to feel English every once in a while, i drink it between Earl Grey Blue and KaPow Ginkgo often, right now my only supply and my three favorites.

This is as described a perfect balance of the slightly lighter and brighter Shanti Hathi and velvety chocolaty Birdsong black.
