Description
Jasmine Puerh makes a surprising—and delicious!—match between two classic tea flavors. Jasmine softens the earthy puerh notes, and emphasizes the creamy texture that makes our shou puerh so good. Meanwhile, the tea brings jasmine down to earth, folding the floral aroma into a fuller, richer cup than most jasmine tea blends. They meet in the middle, as good friends should.
Overall, the cup remains medium-bodied, even with the robust and deep puerh notes. The texture feels smooth, with a subtly astringent finish. Puerh teas make flexible steepers, and have less caffeine than black teas, making this an ideal afternoon or all-day-long tea. This tea has won the hearts of many tea drinkers! Give it a try.
Jasmine Puerh comes from Jingmai Mountain in southern Yunnan, where the 700- to 1,000-year-old ancient tea trees grow. The Dai people have been hand-picking the ancient tea trees for millennia, ensuring quality and continuing this time-honored tradition. In addition to producing teas with remarkable flavor and flexible steeping quality, the ancient tea trees thrive in a diverse forest that provides rich antioxidants and nutrients. Try this unearthly tea blend; taste its ancient roots and uplifting flavor.

I absolutely love this tea. It’s very aromatic and the flavor is earthy and floral. I like to add a little milk and the combo is heavenly. Since discovering these puerh teas they’ve become my morning drink of choice, as the aromatic/flavor/cognitive experience is better than coffee to me.
Hi Erika,
We found Jasmine Puerh while visiting the farm in Yunnan and thought it would be a great way to introduce customers to the complexity of puerhs. Really glad to hear you like it, LMTC
We received a sample of this in our last order. We were amazed at not only the aromatic smell but also the smooth floral flavor. It will be added to our list of favorites!
Hi Laurie,
So glad you like Jasmine Puerh! It is an anciet tea tree tea from Jing Mai Mountain in Yunnan (one of the most beautiful places in the world!). Thank you for the kind words, LMTC
I prefer a nice black tea and usually stick with blends of Earl Grey and I don’t like aromatic teas (especially lavender). The aroma of this tea is so wonderful! I drink it at work and it fills up the whole break room. It has a great after taste and has become my favorite Lake Missoula Tea! I also like the Monks Blend and Margaret’s Hope, but I didn’t like the Puerh Earl Grey.
Hi Jennifer,
The Jasmine Puerh is a wonderful blend of puerh and jasmine, organic, and from Jingmai Mountain in Yunnan Province, China. This is where the ancient tea trees are and the Dai people have picked it for centuries. So glad you discovered this tea! btw, the puerh is great for digestion, I love it after dinner.
Thank you for the feedback, LMTC
