This organic oolong grows high up in the beautiful, steep mountains of southern Java, Indonesia. This Java tea grows on a small scale, artisan tea farm, where locals from the nearby village hand-pick and process it. The tea farm is nestled at the top of the mountain, with tremendous views of the ocean and the adjacent Mount Halimun Salak National Park.

Medium roast is so delicious! Definitely a Top 5 oolong for me! I have enjoyed this oolong so much, steeping it gongfu at 205 F for my daily drink. It’s also helped me clarify that I like a nicely roasted oolong. Will be ordering again as soon as I drink down a couple more teas!
