House Chai Spice Mix

Description

Lake Missoula House Chai Spice Mix makes the perfect cup of chai. It’s delicious and easy to make. Add two tablespoons (11g) of House Chai Mix to one 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk*, mix well, and refrigerate.  Stir a dollop of the mix into one cup of tea, and voila! If you’ve traveled to India, you’ll recognize the taste of our chai. With sweetened condensed milk, our House Chai Spice Mix delivers the same balance of spice and sweetness found in authentic Indian chai.

You can also go dairy-free with this spice mix. Add a 1/4 teaspoon of spice mix to your tea (or even coffee), and then add the dairy-free milk and sweetener of choice. Or, step out of the box and add this spice mix to your baked goods, ice cream, and frosting. A little spice will add pizazz to whatever you’re making.

Traditionally, you would add House Chai Spice Mix to a brewed black tea. However, you could add it to green tea, white tea, herbal tea, or even a coffee.

• 50g makes approx 4-5 batches of chai mix to be stored in the refrigerator.
• 150g makes approx 13-14 batches of chai mix to be stored in the refrigerator.
