Description

Uplift: a caffeine-free blend meant to lift your mood, help with depression, postpartum unhappiness, bring you out of the blues, and… you get the idea. We know things can feel heavy; we had this in mind while developing this tea.

The longer you steep Uplift, the richer and the stronger the chrysanthemum flavor. By itself, chrysanthemum tastes mild and fresh, only subtly sweet. Then lemon balm and mint (favorites in the herbal tea world) emphasize that fresh feeling, while still keeping on the mellow side of things. Finally, Damiana grows wild in equatorial America, a shrub whose flowers give some people a slight euphoric lift.

Uplift was one of LMTC’s first original botanical recipes. We collaborated with a Korean herbalist to design the perfect anti-depressant tea that both tastes great and works well. Some traditional schools of medicine focus on keeping energies in balance, and this blend is filled with “cooling” botanicals, to balance the “overheating” common in our modern world. (Or in modern parlance, it’s anti-inflammatory.) Drink daily for full effect.
