Green Tea
Green tea is not oxidized, has a light liquor, and is the closest tea type to the leaf on the tea bush. There is a wide range of profiles and flavors, with over 1,500 varieties to explore. For best tasting tea, green tea is brewed at a cooler temperature (170°) and no longer than 3 minutes. If you find it bitter or biting, reduce the heat of your water or steeping time.
