We proudly partner with Nuxalbari Tea Estate, a woman-owned tea farm—virtually unheard of in India—and celebrate the work they do. The estate provides animal corridors allowing elephants, tigers, and other animals to move safely through the estate.
Women and men are promoted equally. Nuxalbari also runs an educational curriculum, teaching environmental stewardship to the children of the estate's 1,000 employees.
