I ordered this partly because it is made wth nepali black tea which I have enjoyed on its own for its complex flavor and lack of bitterness; the addition of bergamot and creamy vanilla make for a divine tea that is best straight . You can steep it longer and make it rich enough to do well with (soy) milk, but steeping the recommended time and drinking without milk leaves the citrus flavor more evident. The Nepali tea sales support the Red Panda Network, too.
