When it comes to the sweet and creamy version of Thai Tea, we won't quibble about authentic preparations; if it tastes good, we'll drink it. Some recipes call for sweetened condensed milk, while others call for cream and sugar, or non-dairy creamer and honey. Some people like a splash of vanilla. Remember, if you pour your tea over ice, brew a double-strength batch to start. (Or make tea ice cubes ahead of time for the most consistent flavor, start to finish.)
