Zen Cleanse blends ginger for general digestion, dandelion root for kidneys, and burdock for liver and gallbladder. Licorice is used as an expectorant and digestion, elderflower to increase sweating and clear sinuses, and lemon balm for digestion. Red clover is used for the blood, nettle for kidneys, and yarrow for cleansing the liver, and as a general tonic.
