Organic cacao nibs deliver the real deal: true chocolate goodness. Our Colombian Birdsong Black, the tea base for this blend, offers a chocolatey profile.
Cardamom shines in this black tea blend. Many of us first tasted cardamom as part of a chai mix. With Southern Indian origins, this spice has tremendous range. Similar to cinnamon, cardamom can lean sweet or savory, depending on context. In our Willy Wonka Chocolate Cardamom, chocolate turns cardamom into a nutty, savory counterpart. Chocolate’s dark depths emphasize cardamom’s bright, piney–minty quality. We visited Montana and found Lake Missoula Tea Company. After some samples, we sat at the tea bar and shared a pot of this incredible Willy Wonka tea!
