Botanical and Single Botanical
Ginkgo Leaf (sometimes spelled "gingko") comes from one of the world’s oldest living tree species. The tea has a long reputation as a natural remedy, believed to help with memory, mental clarity, blood circulation, and more. The tea has a delicious, sweet taste, with a muskiness similar to elderflower, as well as a nice piney aftertaste.
While native to China, the ginkgo leaf is also the symbol Tokyo. As with most botanicals, a long steep can lead to greater health benefits—as well as stronger flavor! Follow your taste buds, and find the right balance for you. We recommend starting with a 5-minute steep, and then adding more time for a more potent cup.
