We do our best to deliver quality in a timely and professional manner. However, we are human. If there is an error with your order, or a defect with teaware, notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will promptly rectify the error.
In addition, if you need to return teaware, we will refund you with a few expectations. Shipping returned teaware is at the customer’s expense. Teaware must be unused, and any packaging must be in good condition. However, we don’t accept returns or refunds on tea. We cannot guarantee you will like the tea, and encourage you to try the smaller quantities before committing to larger amounts.
