If there is an error with your order, or a defect with tea ware, notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will promptly rectify the error. However, we don’t accept returns or provide refunds on tea. We cannot guarantee you will like the tea, and encourage you to try the smaller quantities before committing to larger amounts.
