Description
Heritage Green tea is smooth, rich, and fruity. The aroma hints at mango and peach, while the taste brings hints of sugar cane. Absolutely no astringency. After matcha, this is our most popular single origin green tea. We recommend it as an introduction to green tea, in part because it steeps very forgivingly. Even if your water temperature gets above 170°, or you steep the leaves a tad too long, Heritage Green resists the bitterness that you might know from over-steeping.
This exquisite tea comes from Jingmai Mountain, a region in southern Yunnan, where the 700 to 1,000 year old ancient tea trees grow. This region has been named a World Heritage site, hence the “Heritage” in Heritage Green. This green tea has been handpicked to ensure quality by the Dai people for millennia. In addition, the ancient tea trees thrive in a diverse forest that provides rich antioxidants and nutrients.

My absolute favorite tea. So smooth and sweet. I drink it every morning and have a hard time switching to any other tea, as nothing seems to stack up to this excellent tea.
Hi Haley, We agree! Heritage is outstanding. Glad you found this green tea, LMTC
This is a truly enjoyable tea lacking any astringency and noting a subtle fruitiness. My wife and I enjoy a cup of this often.
Steve, that’s exactly how we think about Heritage Green! We’re so lucky to have a green that retains its sweetness without going bitter. Thank you for sharing, LMTC
